How to watch Free Pre-Recorded Courses on Federal Government Contracting

A good place to start getting familiar with Federal Government contracting is through your local APEX Accelerator (formerly called PTAC) office. They offer live classes, but you may find it more convenient to watch their pre-recorded sessions on demand. They are located across the US. They don’t seem to have consistent websites, unfortunately. On a positive note, it seems you can access any site, regardless of your location. The Virginia PTAC/Apex site offers the ability to watch pre-recorded training sessions. Because they are a bit challenging to find, I’ve created instructions below.

From the Virginia PTAC website, go to Services – then Training.  Here’s a quick link.  https://virginiaptac.ecenterdirect.com/resources  

Next, click the Useful Links on the left.

Once you select a class you are interested in, click the green “Sign Up" button and register for the course.

Once you have signed up, you will see the blue bar, “To view the course”. That’s it! Enjoy.
